With its unique façade, cosy and friendly interior, one-of-a-kind patio and unbeatable view over the liveliest square in the town, Lazare Carnot is sure to appeal. The menus change with the seasons, and all the dishes are made in our kitchens using top-quality fresh produce. They spotlight luscious regional specialities redolent of everything Burgundy is famous for.
Lazare Carnot also includes Le Chalet. This intimate dining room, with its mountain chalet decor, features outstanding cheese specialities that bring a taste of the mountains to Beaune, for the pleasure of all foodies.
